Camping in Cyprus
The State forests in Cyprus operate 5 camping sites with a total capacity of approximately 2400 people. The camp sites are open to the general public with relatively low overnight fees. If one would prefer to have a day trip instead then visit one of the 40 picnic sites in Cyprus.
The forest department manages 3 of these camping sites while the other 2 are located within government land but are managed by other bodies.
All camping sites have facilities such as toilets, picnic tables, drinking water and grills for the use of the public.
