The Ayios Giorgios Chapel is situated in the village of Liopetri in the Ammochostos district. In particular it is located near the well-known banks of the Liopetri River.

The chapel is stone built and it is very old however the exact date is not known. It is a small and simple chapel with an iconostasis and a few seats.
